Entry Deadline: January 13, 2025, by 5:00 PM
Step 1:
Thoroughly review the entry rules and process.
Step 2: Review the full list of categories to find where your work should compete.
Step 3: Click here to be directed to the competition site to register as an entrant.
Step 4: Follow the simple drop-down menus on the competition site to enter your information.
Step 5: Email a copy of the signed manifest form to Awards@AAFLouisville.org.

ENTRY DEADLINES

EARLY BIRD ENTRY DEADLINE:
Friday, December 13, 2024 by 5:00 p.m.

ENTRY DEADLINE:
Monday, January 13, 2025 by 5:00 p.m.

LATE ENTRY DEADLINE:
Entries can be submitted after the January 13 deadline, until Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., for an additional $35 fee per entry.

PROFESSIONAL EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEES:
Professional Member: Single $90 / Campaign $115
Professional Non-Member: Single $120/ Campaign $145

STUDENT EARLY BIRD ENTRY FEES:
Student Member: Single or Campaign $35
Student Non-Member: Single or Campaign $40

PROFESSIONAL ENTRY FEES:
Professional Member: Single $100 / Campaign $125
Professional Non-Member: Single $130/ Campaign $155

STUDENT ENTRY FEES:
Student Member: Single or Campaign $45
Student Non-Member: Single or Campaign $50
 
All entries need to be submitted online according to the directions in the entry software. No physical entries will be accepted.
