JOB SUMMARY

The Marketing Arm is looking for an Account Executive for our Experiential team in Fort Knox, KY.  This candidate will have experience helping with the creation and execution of events in a variety of capacities. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet very stringent deadlines and be overly detail-oriented. In addition to a positive attitude to fit the culture, the candidate must be self-sufficient yet contribute as a team member to a larger mission. Position will include travel and only people with a strong work ethic need apply.

Responsibilities: 
  • Proactively manage project timelines, deadlines, and workflow 
  • Responsible for management of field staff 
  • Ability to coordinate and work with venues, partner agencies and vendors a must 
  • Financial proficiency – budgeting, invoicing, and tracking 
  • Update and participate in weekly status calls/reports with client and agency partners 
  • Monitor industry trends to support team/client with mission 
  • Contribute to development of client-facing deliverables

Qualifications: 
  • 2-4 years of client service experience 
  • Preferred sponsorship and activations experience
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Solid understanding and management of client/agency relationship 
  • Collaborative team player while exhibiting a high level of personal responsibility and commitment 
  • Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks and projects while troubleshooting and problem solving 
  • Strategic with vendors and partners as solutions 
  • Outstanding presentation, numerical, written, and verbal skills 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize as needed 
  • Government experience preferred 
  • Background check required 
  • Must be able to come into the office 3 days a week
