JOB SUMMARY
Boyd CAT is looking for a CRM Specialist to create and deploy targeted marketing campaigns through our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Boyd CAT, one of the oldest and largest Caterpillar dealers, is hiring for a CRM Specialist. In this new role, the CRM Specialist will play a critical role in developing targeted marketing strategies to drive machine sales, rental, parts and service for the construction, industrial, mining, paving and transportation industries for equipment manufacturers such as Caterpillar, Thomas Built Buses, Western Star Trucks, Genie, Sullair, Allmand and Widener.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in business, marketing or related social science
- 2-5 years’ experience
- Experience working in CRM, preferable Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in working with email automation
- Strong verbal, written, persuasion, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
- Knowledge of customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Ability to translate insights into actionable marketing recommendations
- Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, online and email KPIs, Social Media analytics
- Assist in the implementation of the enterprise solutions marketing strategy
- Willingness to learn, be trained, and coach
- Highly self-directed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Assist with the Company’s marketing lead generation strategy and data integrity
- Maintain a high degree of discretion in handling confidential/sensitive information and exercise initiative in all assigned areas, high integrity and accountability standards
- Travel to branches or other locations as required to perform assigned duties; maintaining a valid operator’s license
- Leverages customer data to develop personalized and dynamic marketing content
- Manages data compliance and customer preference center
- Uses customer data, develops targeting and trigger-based life-cycle campaigns
- Positively interfaces with BI team, Inside Sales Representatives, e-Commerce and other key stakeholders within the organization to ensure data hygiene and data integration in CRM
- Evaluates and analyzes marketing campaign performance
- Leverages analytical tools like Google Analytics and FB Business Manager against company data to understand consumer behavior and to inform marketing efforts
- Develops reports based upon needs and request from Marketing Director, CRM Manager, ISR or others within the organization
- Processes, sources and assigns new leads in CRM
- Works with Caterpillar on accepting leads and lead feedback
- Works with team to implement optimization recommendations related to automated marketing campaigns
- Proactively assists the CRM Manager on CRM program
- Proactively assists the Marketing Director on key projects
- As a member of the Marketing team, proactively collaborates and cross-supports Advertising & Marketing Specialist and Events Specialist
- Manages Data input and analysis of Caterpillar Marketing programs
- Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code
- Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly
- Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures
- Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
