As a Digital Art Director at INgrid Design, you will go “All In” for our clients. You will work in a team environment to create visual experiences that delight clients while achieving business goals. You will be responsible for digital projects from concept through execution across all digital platforms with a primary focus on online advertising, photography, video, animation, and social media.

This is a full-time position located in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is expected to work in a hybrid model, which includes three days in-office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports Creative Leadership Team to execute vision across multiple platforms.
Produce high-quality creative concepts, specifically for digital mediums
Design and publish compelling, consistent creative assets for all digital platforms that reflect the clients’ goals and drive online engagement.
Develop social media editorial calendars and analyze reporting to integrate improvement opportunities
Work closely with our clients and internal team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned to brand and corporate communications strategy and goals.
Handle multiple projects from concept to production.
Present to our clients with confidence, especially in areas of digital knowledge.
Continue to expand and update knowledge in digital platforms to bring new ideas for our clients.
Manage photography studio and take photography as needed for internal photoshoots.
Create storyboards and edit together video assets to tell a compelling story.
Create animations that enhance the brand experience.
Create effective social media and digital advertising campaigns that are on-brand to help our clients reach their goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of design experience including digital, agency experience preferred
Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with motion graphics and After Effects
Strong understanding of all social media platforms
WordPress and email marketing experience a plus
Proven ability to design for various audiences, brands and industries
Exceptional written and oral communication skills and strong presentation skills
Portfolio required
