Serves as the organization’s expert on marketing automation and CRM strategies, specifically using Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Intelligence.



The Marketing Automation Specialist:
  • Helps oversee the setup and configuration of the platform to meet our key objectives
  • Identifies automation opportunities, creates segments, and drives the development of personalized content that resonates with patients
  • Creates and manages automated workflows to send targeted messages to patients and prospective patients
  • Works closely with regional marketing managers to align their efforts and improve reappointment, treatment plan conversion, and new patient acquisition
  • Reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and optimizes campaigns based on the metrics and AI insights from the platform
  • Works with legal to ensure compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations for automated email and SMS marketing campaigns

  • Day-to-day management of Salesforce, including creating and managing automated segments and lists, customer journeys, and triggers.
  • Work with the Marketing Technology Manager, Marketing Director, and Business Intelligence team to identify opportunities for further automation.
  • Develop reports and report on the performance of marketing automation with Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) and Tableau.
  • Identify and take advantage of other opportunities to maximize our effectiveness with the Salesforce platform.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Active Salesforce Trailhead account
  • 4+ years of experience creating and implementing marketing automation strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing business and patient data to develop automated marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years of experience reporting on and presenting marketing automation performance.
  • Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, Datorama, Tableau, SQL, MySQL, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator, Marketing Intelligence (Datorama) Partner Certification
  • CRM experience in a healthcare context.
