JOB SUMMARY

Crosshair Media Placement is seeking a Media Coordinator. The Media Coordinator position is a dynamic introduction to the world of advertising, media planning and buying.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role will provide support to the media team, and in the process, learn the tasks and daily routines of the ad agency business. The ability to manage multiple concurrent projects is essential. The Coordinator must be deadline oriented and possess the ability to follow a request through to completion.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assist with the media planning and buying process as needed
• Communicate with media outlets to acquire proposals and advertising specifications
• Help create client proposals
• Assist with compiling various monthly reports
• Help with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements:
*Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
*Excellent written and verbal skills
*Strong attention to detail
*Self-motivated and deadline driven
*Professional appearance and a good attitude
*Exceptional organizational and time management skills
*Strong computer skills with a firm understanding of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
