At Mightily, we don’t separate digital and traditional media, we look at the complete media landscape to provide our clients with integrated marketing strategies to effectively achieve marketing goals. The Media Planner/Buyer takes a holistic viewpoint to combine paid media with earned and owned media for a complete marketing strategy for our clients. This includes but is not limited to, selecting a media mix that meets a client’s marketing goals, negotiating the best rates with digital and traditional media vendors, and placing and managing digital media using in-house platforms such as a DSP.

  • Using research and data, develop effective paid media strategies for both B2B and B2C clients.
  • Collaborate on the execution and implementation of media plans based on media strategy to effectively achieve client goals.
  • Negotiate with vendors to provide the best advertising rates and the most added value with each media tactic.
  • Launch and maintain campaigns on social media, search, and display platforms.
  • Implement ongoing optimizations within budget to meet and exceed set goals.
  • Collaborate on monthly performance reports showcasing campaign successes, and opportunities for growth.
  • Provide insight across the entire media landscape, including radio, tv, press, out-of-home, direct, digital, etc.

Education / Experience
2+ years experience in a similar role

Salary Range
$45K – $60K, Mid $53K
