LEAP Group consists of four agencies: LEAP Agency, a full-service digital agency; LEAP Amp, a media and amplification agency; LEAP Matter, a branding and design agency; and LEAP Spark, a full-service production agency.

LEAP Group's internal marketing team helps "market our marketers." The role of the marketing team is to drive awareness, consideration, and leads for LEAP Group's four individual agencies, while elevating the LEAP Group brand. The team handles content creation (blogs, video, social media), thought-leadership (Logic + Magic publication, whitepapers) website development and maintenance, and marketing/advertising campaigns for the four agencies and LEAP Group itself.


The Senior Art Director manages all day-to-day creative execution of our marketing activities as well as our long-term marketing strategies. This includes LEAP Group and the individual agencies within our network.

You have a strong passion for both digital and traditional/print work and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. You are a conceptual thinker who can dig in and understand how our brand and sub-brands are positioned and ensure that those nuances are on-point and clear.

You will help to brainstorm AND help design and produce editorial content, social content, web content as well as websites, research studies and pitch decks. You will work alongside our CMO and Marketing Manager in creative ideation, executing digital and integrated campaigns and lead generation activities.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the creative process, team, and consistency of look/feel for all internal marketing department efforts.
Helping to develop strategy for and produce editorial content, social content, web content as well as research studies and pitch decks.
Working alongside the CMO and Marketing Manager in creative ideation, executing digital and integrated campaigns and lead generation activities.
Coordinating with the Marketing Manager to establish marketing goals based on past performance, market forecasts, and specific Agency objectives.
Managing the improvement of usability, design, content and conversion of the agencies' websites.
Overseeing and creating Logic + Magic, a 40-page bi-annual thought leadership publication.
Leading a small team of designers and UX-specialists and coordinating with other members of the Internal Marketing team to execute projects.
The Senior Art Director works directly with our Marketing Manager and reports to the CMO. This role regularly interfaces with VPs and owners of the network agencies in business strategy and planning meetings.


Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Copywriting, Journalism, or equivalent work experience required.
5+ years of agency and advertising experience preferred.
Proven experience executing successful marketing and lead generation campaigns.
Experience managing, leading, and inspiring small teams.
Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent sense of copy within design; editorial experience is a plus.
Good eye for design and typography / illustration capability.
