6:30 PM – Registration & Cocktail Hour
Arrive before the show starts to visit the Submission Showcase..
7:30 PM – Awards Show
The show begins! All Gold ADDYs will be presented live. We’ll also be presenting the Judges Choice Awards, Best of Show for Student and Professional work, as well The One That Got Away and Culturally Legit local awards.
9:30 PM – Event Concludes

HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
The health and safety of our attendees and volunteers is a top priority for AAF-Louisville. It is encouraged that attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and wear a mask throughout the event, except when actively eating or drinking, following CDC guidelines.
Attendees are asked to sign the event policy form and submit it to the registration check-in table. Registrants uncomfortable with any of the above will be eligible for a refund up to 72 hours before the event.
