AAF-Louisville members and friends will once again gather at Churchill Downs to celebrate fall on the first Wednesday of the Fall Meet.
This year’s event will be on November 2, and we are excited to announce we have once again reserved the Starting Gate Suites for our guests. You will still receive the perks you are used to, buffet lunch, in-room betting windows and outdoor access to view the races – but in a more upscale and networking-friendly environment.

Time: Gates open at 12 PM, and racing starts at 1 PM.
Location: Churchill Downs – Starting Gate Suites

Tickets include entrance to the 4th Floor Starting Gate Suites, a racing program and a buffet lunch.
GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS:
- $115 Members
- $125 Non-Members
*SOLD OUT* RESERVED TABLE OF EIGHT:
- $850 Member Table
- $1,000 Non-Member Table
*NEW* RESERVED SUITE:
- $3,000 – Up to 24 guests per suite
- Suites include indoor lounge seating, TVs and views of the track
- Very limited number of suites are available on first come first serve basis
