Feedback is an essential ingredient to skill and career growth, but many times it’s scary to give. At the June Ad 2 S#!t You Should Know event, we’re tossing out the old “compliment sandwich” model of constructive criticism and taking a bite into Fearless Feedback.
Join us as we learn feedback doesn’t have to be awkward or create conflict! We’ll hear from Christina Abney with Pretty Incredible!, Kyle Blakeley with Power, and Abigail Varner with Bandy Carroll Hellige to discuss how to create a culture where people are encouraged to speak up.
