Barnard Baker is an award-winning, results-driven leader with a 20-year history in internal communications, reputation management, public relations, strategic plan implementation, brand development and sales. 

Barnard joined Goodwill in 2019 from BrightSpring Health Services, where he managed the $5 billion corporation’s public and media relations efforts. Prior to that, Baker also served in similar roles in the education, healthcare, sports and agency sectors.
