GoWild is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who's hungry. We want someone who can handle the ins and outs of digital media placement, as well as help our brand build out our own media platform.

We want someone who can handle the ins and outs of digital media placement, as well as help our brand build out our own media platform. This person will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across a multitude of channels.
The Digital Marketing Manager must have a strong grasp of cutting edge marketing tools. This role will work with the Chief Marketing Officer, to create strategy for marketing GoWild, and execute with the in-house creative team from concept to execution. This role will also be in communication with GoWild's Brand Partners.
This role is not available for remote or contract positions. This is a full-time gig at our Louisville, Ky. office.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintain a large social media presence daily
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) for both GoWild and our Brand Partners
Identify trends and insights within the outdoors industry
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Managing our eComm and optimizing for sales
Degree in marketing or a related field
3 years minimum working experience in digital marketing
Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Solid knowledge of data analytics tools and the ability to learn them
Ex of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Proven understanding of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement (we're going to ask you)
Experience with Shopify is a bonus
Strong negotiation and customer management skills
Must-Haves for all GoWild Team Members
Must be a self-starter and driven. Hand-holding is for toddlers.
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
