Davis Jewelers is seeking a talented, creative and organized Marketing Coordinator. The marketing coordinator assists the marketing director with strategic planning to increase and maintain brand presence across all mediums, new and traditional, for the store and its respective brands. In this role you will spearhead all digital and social media efforts including writing, photographing and creating all social media content on platforms Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, manage all email marketing (with direction form the marketing director) and effectively target sectors within our customer base to optimize open and engagement rates. Strong project management, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills needed for all written, verbal and visual content for catalogs, magazines, print ads, email marketing, direct mail pieces and website.

• Social media management including the conception, generation, and posting of content across various social channels including Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest
• Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of website
• Providing metrics for each social media campaign performed
• Responsible for the creation and completion of email marketing efforts
• Supporting the in-house marketing efforts by coordinating and creating content
• Assist in producing marketing collateral
• Event planning and coordination, both internal and external
• Assist with the production of artwork, creative direction, and sourcing images
• Strategize campaign audiences by effectively utilizing CRM database (EDGE)
• Ensure various brand advertising compliance
• Become the point-person for community outreach; including press, charitable donations and corporate sponsorships
• Assist Marketing Director with building operations and facility maintenance

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• College graduate with 1- 2 years experience in similar marketing role including internship(s)
• Exemplary project and time management skills
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Able to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors
• Comfortable with public speaking and networking
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Sales experience is a plus
