At WordsFresh, writers are key players in leadership roles. We hold ourselves to a high bar for quality, and we consistently produce outstanding results. Yet, our Highlands office is relaxed, our team is relentlessly positive, and our work schedules are flexible.
We’re looking for a full-time writer with a minimum five years of experience in writing internal communications or marketing copy. The candidate should demonstrate these skills:
• Ability to produce outstanding marketing copy that creatively sparkles and is rooted in strategy
• Ability to initiate and execute highly effective creative concepts in print, digital and video
• Ability to produce long-form copy that communicates technical or industry-specific information in a friendly manner
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects at the same time
• Experience with interviewing for content and accurate detail
• Knowledgeable of current marketing and communication trends
• Ability to strategize and plan
• Comfortable with detailed, hands-on work
• Adept with technology
• Adept at self-management and problem-solving
• Skilled in English grammar and punctuation and familiar with multiple style guides

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in English, communications, journalism or other writing-focused discipline.
