JOB DESCRIPTION

Right now, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is hard-working, dynamically talented and eager to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
  • Supports Account team with daily client activities for diverse set of clients and needs including, but not limited to: project planning, project tracking, scheduling, account coordination and fulfillment.
  • Responsible for coordination and routing creative elements through internal approval process.
  • Schedules and attends client-facing meetings, takes notes, and sends recap communications to stakeholders.
  • Works to establish a trusting, advisory relationship with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Responsible for keeping team members informed about account/project status, owns status documentation, and supports internal meetings.
  • Assists in research needed to provide competitive analyses and POVs
  • Responsible for quality control – monitoring and ensuring that all client deliverables meet/exceed expectations; proofreading, reviewing, and double-checking all work prior to submitting to the client or vendor.
  • Takes initiative to become familiar with client’s business, agency accounts and basic Account Management competencies.
  • Responsible for fulfillment of image and file request from client and third-party contacts.
  • Maintains organization for the Account team: including document management, PO management, calendars
  • Motivated by achieving results and adept at working on/with a variety of teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in writing internal and external emails.
  • Demonstrates initiative and willingness to grow thorough understanding of the agency, its structure, and its functions
  • Assists Account team on other duties, no matter how small or large.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • 1-3 years of work in advertising or marketing agency is a plus.
  • Has a sense of urgency and pace to complete multiple assignments and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good working knowledge of media (especially print and digital) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Demonstrates initiative and outgoing positive attitude.
  • Proficient communication skills (written and verbal) which are adaptable to different mediums and levels.
  • Flexibility in handling a wide range of task and duties
  • Performs responsibilities with a high organization and attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Required to perform equally well in an independent, self-directed manner, as well as part of a team.
  • Self-motivation and willingness to learn all relevant areas of the agency and jump in
