Who is the Account Manager?

Account Managers are people-people, responsible for the relationships between Leap and its clients. This means understanding the clients' business to be able to manage their needs and expectations AND understanding Leap's offerings to be able to shepherd internal resources. The Account Manager juggles it all, from day-to-day relationship building to high-level strategic guidance.

What do You Need?

  • 2+ years agency account management experience
  • Experience in marketing and advertising strategy
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with prior experience in customer- or client-facing role(s)
  • Experience brainstorming with a team for creative ideation
  • Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing

Leap Group has a footprint in the Midwest, with offices in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. While candidates in our footprint are always preferred, this role is open to remote candidates too.
