Job Title: Account ManagerProMedia Group is one of the area’s leading digital marketing agencies. We serve clients locally and nationally, with video production, social media, web development, digital & social advertising, as well as print and traditional marketing.
Job Summary: ProMedia Group Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts and act as the central communication hub between clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring all projects move forward efficiently, are completed on time, and meet client expectations.
Account Managers lead and manage both digital and traditional marketing initiatives while coordinating across teams, including Account Coordinators, Digital Advertising, Web, and Video, to keep all efforts aligned and on track. In addition to overseeing strategy and communication, Account Managers also contribute to execution by creating graphics and writing content for social media, newsletters, and print collateral.
This role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while maintaining high-quality work and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Lead client communications, meetings, and relationship management
- Coordinate with internal teams (ACs, Digital Ads, Web, Video) to execute projects
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple clients
- Create graphics and write content for social media, newsletters, print, and print collateral
- Ensure consistency across all marketing channels and client touchpoints
- Collaborate with the Digital Ads Team on campaign coordination and strategy
- Work with the Web Team to maintain and update client websites
- Coordinate with the Video Team on photography and video needs
- Identify opportunities for new marketing initiatives and continued client growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, or digital media preferred
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related field preferred
- Experience in customer service, writing, social media, and digital media design required
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
