INgrid Design is looking for an experienced account manager in the advertising field with the ability to perform project management tasks. Must have excellent communication and marketing strategy skills, be detail-oriented, organized, and determined to lead and grow existing accounts by motivating the creative team and exceeding client’s expectations. The ideal candidate should be passionate and proactive in finding and closing new client opportunities to help establish our agency as a leader in the industry.

  • Lead client meetings (information gathering, presentations, feedback)
  • Have good writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables (Creative Brief)
  • Create detailed and accurate project estimates, and timelines
  • Negotiate proposals
  • Assess and coordinate additional staff or consultants
  • Manage client’s budgets and review invoices
  • Effectively communicate project expectations and tasks to creative team
  • Create meeting reports and maintain clients informed on progress
  • Coordinate production with internal team (proofreading, checking against creative brief, quality control, manage deadlines)
  • Coordinate production with vendors (estimates, proofs, quality control, delivery, schedule, invoices)
  • Identify and resolve issues
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans
  • Track timelines and milestones
  • Conduct project research
  • Participate in creative collaboration (strategy and marketing ideas)
  • Strengthen client relationships (create new ones within accounts)
  • Seek account opportunities
  • Develop best practices for project execution and management
  • Ensure brand consistency and support clients’ marketing goals
  • Digital and social media knowledge to lead related projects
  • Create project analysis and recommendations to identify successful and unsuccessful elements of the project process
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize projects, and work proactively

  • Excellent verbal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Software: Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Google Suite
  • 6 years working with an advertising/digital/marketing agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and process driven
