JOB SUMMARY
This full-time on-site Sales Executive role at MPG Media in Louisville, KY requires a positive, can-do attitude, reliability, punctuality, energy, and attention to detail.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:- Execute outbound sales efforts to identify and prospect new business opportunities.
- Conduct persuasive and compelling sale presentations to showcase MPG Media’s advertising solutions.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products and tailor presentations to meet the specific needs of clients
- Attend industry events to network and generate new business opportunities.
- Meet clients in person (can involve some level of travel), building rapport and trust through face-to-face interactions while promoting and selling MPG Media’s services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective advertising solutions.
- Demonstrate creative thinking and ingenuity in developing advertising strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly, and identify new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- A proven track record (4+ years) of success in direct B2B sales, cold calling, and prospecting, preferably in the advertising and media industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence sales targets.
- Excellent listening skills to understand the various needs of businesses.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong understanding of advertising and media solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze your sales performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
