JOB SUMMARY
Role is responsible for assisting in the development, negotiation, and execution of client’s campaigns. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, desire to learn and want to work in a team environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
This role will work with the Traditional Media Director on client projects related to the day-to-day details of traditional and digital campaigns, including but not limited to:- Ability to organize and plan documents to aid in the strategy building of client campaigns across all media types (TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital)
- Monitor buys/schedules in progress and makes changes, if necessary
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and media partners
- Work closely with digital and social teams on planning and analytics of campaigns
- Research of competitors and spending data
- Stay informed on media trends, platforms, and opportunities
- Communicate campaign results clearly to both fellow team members and clients
- Approves and corrects invoices and works closely with accounting to make sure invoices are sent to vendors and clients in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or another relevant field is required
- 1-2 years of traditional media buying experience is required
- Prefer experience with media buying software such as Advantage, Strata
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of digital media and platforms
- This position is in Louisville, KY and is in-office
