The Client Services Supervisor works with and supports the Associate Director or Director of Client Services to manage the relationships between Mightily and our clients.



Your Role

The Client Services Supervisor works with and supports the Associate Director or Director of Client Services to manage the relationships between Mightily and our clients. Working collaboratively with the Client Services Team and their key clients, the Client Services Supervisor must have the ability to think strategically and proactively on behalf of both the client and Mightily. They develop a deep understanding of the client’s business goals and industry. Their primary responsibility is to help the AE / Sr. AEs build the client's business and, as a result, increase Mightily’s revenue from these efforts.

Additionally, the Client Services Supervisor oversees several accounts of their own.

What You Will Do

Client Service Effort
  • Support Associate Director or Director of Client Services to:
  • Provide thought leadership for Client Services
  • Team to help them grow their client relationships
  • Help Client Services team to better understand our clients businesses and industries, nurture strong client relationships, and become indispensable partners
  • Manage the Client Services Team and assist with day-to-day responsibilities by being a reliable resource for solving client opportunities
  • Provide supervision and mentorship for junior team members
  • Work with Associate Director of Director of Client Services to allocate resources and workloads for AEs

Growing Existing Agency Clients
  • Work with Business Development to generate strategically focused business-building initiatives for existing clients
  • Execute approved business-building strategies and tactics with the Client Services Services Team
  • Anticipates client needs and brings ideas and solutions to the team

New Business Development
  • Be able to successfully communicate with prospective clients having a basic understanding of both the category and client business / brand
  • Stays up to date on client business, industry, and market trends and provide thought leadership for client growth

What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum of 5 years of senior client or marketing management experience – agency or client side
  • Exceptional people skills including the ability to manage competing agendas toward successful outcomes
  • Evidence of either experience or potential to effectively mentor, train, and nurture a team
  • Evidence of assisting with or directly affecting the growth of client relationships
  • Excellent writing, editing, and public speaking skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative but challenging environment
  • Exemplary project management skills
  • Results oriented and understands how organic growth is important to the agency
  • Ability to use alternative analytical approaches to solve digital / interactive / marketing opportunities

What We Provide
  • $55,000 - $70,000 annually
  • 37.5 hour work week
