JOB SUMMARY

Wingspan Integrated Marketing is looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our team to help drive our creative vision. Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience in digital advertising and digital advertising technologies.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the President, the Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing entire campaigns with deliverables across print, digital, television, radio and outdoor media. This person will oversee creative campaigns and lead a team of creative direct reports.

Job duties and responsibilities:
-Lead creative design and copywriting, creating compelling content
-Review and approve art and copy developed by the team
-Ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels and effectively address marketing goals
-Adhere to brand guidelines for multiple clients/brands, managing content strategy for each
-Manage and plan production expectations for the creative team, providing creative vision and leadership
-Work in partnership with web team and provide support as needed
-Collaborate with account team and Wingspan leadership in developing marketing plans and identifying opportunities
-Present final concepts to leadership and clients
-Maintain constant willingness to learn

Preferred Experience:
-BA/BS in relevant field (preferably Graphic design or similar)
-Prior experience with copywriting, design & production
-Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
-Excellent time-management skills
-Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to deliver constructive feedback for direct reports
-Critical-thinker, problem-solver & a true team player
-Affluent in Adobe Creative Cloud applications as well as WordPress (Working knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 a plus)
