JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Assistant at LEAP is a valued team member who will support our dynamic and collaborative digital performance department.

JOB DESCRIPTION

You should have a passion for data and analytics as well as the ability to pick up new systems, methods, or processes, and quickly gain efficiency.

This position will assist the Senior Marketing Analyst in the synthesis of social media channel performance and website visitor behavior. Common tasks include data collection, identification of trends, analysis of competitors, and creation of client-facing reports.

Skills/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree (or in progress)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and make well-thought-out decisions
Active user of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Desire to work in a fast-paced, agency environment

Bonus:

Google Analytics Individual Qualification
Experience with business pages and paid social content on media channels
