We are looking for a digital media specialist that is an expert in implementing digital media and managing digital campaigns in multiple mediums. The ideal candidate is certified in Google Ads for search & display, and familiar with the inner-working of facilitating paid ad campaigns on all major social platforms. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience - agency experience is a plus.

In this position you will become a digital media campaign manager that works with the marketing manager and media department head to implement paid campaigns based on approved budgets, timelines and creative, then ultimately report on the KPIs and ROI of those campaigns to the marketing or account manager. You may be asked to come to client meetings and assist in reporting and recommendations for campaign optimizations.

What You'll Do:
  • Work directly with media department and marketing managers to execute and manage paid digital campaigns (display, social media, SEM, digital radio, etc.), report on campaigns and optimize them for peak performance within a given budget.
  • Own day-to-day campaign management and execution for paid search, paid social, and display campaigns while optimizing ROI towards channel targets including managing bids, managing keywords, changing ad creative, quality assurance, tracking tags, etc.
  • Help plan across teams, execute and report on A/B tests across ads, landing pages, structure, flows, etc.
  • Work in partnership with other teams to enable the flawless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze cross channel attribution performance in Google Analytics, SEM Rush and other tools to mine insights and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results, including ROI.
  • Maintain an understanding of industry trends and make recommendations based on best practices.
  • Thorough understanding of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, Tik Tok Etc. platform algorithms and paid ad management.
  • Assist in strategizing paid social media campaigns, digital display campaigns, and incorporate product promotions as needed.
  • Monitor and run paid social campaigns on all major social platforms.

  • Exceptional understanding of how to adapt and optimize content for specific platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Etc.

What is Required:
  • Experience managing and optimizing SEM and online campaigns across all digital channels including digital radio such as Spotify and Pandora.
  • Expertise in Technical SEM, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and Ads Manager Accounts.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs commonly used for digital campaigns.
  • Experience with bid management platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and budgets of varying complexity.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and actively contribute within the team structure.
  • 5+ years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication skills (verbal and written).
  • CRM / Project Management Software Proficiency.
  • Project management experience to consistently plan and deliver against hard and fast deadlines.
  • A team player attitude, but aptitude to work independently and think on their feet.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to project manage across multiple teams and work streams.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be within reasonable proximity to the Louisville, KY area (this is a collaborative office position, telecommuting is not available).
