WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DOES THE GRAPHIC DESIGN FREELANCER NEED?

  • 4+ years' experience creating high-impact, smart, and strategic brand identities and marketing communications (both print and digital)
  • Highly skilled in logo / identity / mood board creation
  • Understanding of branding / brand architecture / tone of voice
  • Strong typography and layout skills
  • Ability to develop and execute graphic design projects such as corporate communications, promotions, catalogs, print advertising, packaging, product graphics, and exhibit design
  • Ability to develop brand language for digital applications (web, interactive, motion, etc.)
  • Ability to take assigned projects from creative through final art
  • Proficient in Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Good grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Some experience in creating digital/interactive tools (i.e., interactive PDFs, AfterEffects, Figma, etc.)

WHERE IS THIS OPPORTUNITY?

Our offices are located in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. While we are open to remote candidates, priority will be given to those in Cincinnati or Louisville.
