JOB DESCRIPTION

LEAP Amp is looking to hire a full-time, part-time or contract Graphic Designer to join our amplification + media agency.

ABOUT THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER

The Graphic Designer is responsible for telling client's stories to the world, working with a team of internal creatives to deliver high quality content to engaged audiences. LEAP Amp content programs are built for speed, flexibility, and real-time opportunity. This design-focused role will create social media content and other marketing materials across multiple clients.

Responsibilities include:

Creating content for clients from conception to completion.
Designing presentations.
Leading all content initiatives within client projects.
Collaborating in creative brainstorms for client projects.
Developing and managing content delivery processes.
Maintaining cutting edge sophistication on content deliverables in our industry and vertical.
Managing & maintain content capabilities, including physical resources needed to deliver expected quality.
While this will ideally be a full-time position, we are also open to part-time and/or contract designers.


QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years' experience in content/advertising creation.
Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to design skillfully, quickly and within brand guidelines.
Strong knowledge of social media and digital advertising platforms.
Keen understanding of branding guidelines.
Experience in marketing & advertising industry preferred.
Experience leading creative teams or projects preferred.
