Deckel & Moneypenny is seeking a part-time Graphic Production Artist to support our graphics team with hands-on production and execution of printed and dimensional graphics.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Graphic Production Artist
Location: Louisville, KY (In-person)
Schedule: Part Time (20 hours/week)

Deckel & Moneypenny is seeking a part-time Graphic Production Artist to support our graphics team with hands-on production and execution of printed and dimensional graphics. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between digital design and physical application —bringing ideas to life through a variety of formats and materials.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and produce large-format graphics, including vinyl graphics, laminated prints, and laser-cut
    dimensional graphics.
  • Work with the design team to set up artwork for fabrication and installation.
  • Support pre-production file prep and material handling in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • Apply graphics to a variety of surfaces and substrates with precision and care.
  • Maintain quality control across graphic production workflows

Qualifications:

  • Current student or Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat required).
  • Familiarity with print setup, color correction, and materials specifications.
  • Strong eye for detail and craftsmanship in hands-on graphic application.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):

  • Motion Graphics, video editing, animation.
  • Website creation or interactive design.
  • Experience working with laser cutters, plotters, or large-format printers.
