JOB SUMMARY:
The Local Sales Manager at WAVE 3 News will have a strong competitive drive and determination to win. Extensive knowledge of the Digital space is a key focus of this role as you will be leading the charge for our Digital as well as Local Broadcast efforts. Being able to keep a team of highly effective sellers and key support staff motivated while leading by example is paramount to your success as the Local Sales Manager of WAVE 3 News. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leading our team of Local sellers and support staff to better serve our clients and community.
  • Collaborating with other managers and departments to develop creative selling strategies across all of our audience platforms.
  • Accurately plan and forecast to reach and exceed revenue goals.
  • Building well thought out, strategic plans to ensure WAVE 3 News station success.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of successful sales management experience with a focus on Digital sales and a proven track record of revenue growth while using creative leadership skills focused on the success of your team.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and MVR check required.
