LEAP Agency is hiring a full-time Marketing Automation Specialist to join our full-service digital marketing agency.

WHO IS THE MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST?

The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for the strategy, management and deployment of client's marketing automation initiatives and other digital marketing programs, gathering input from competitive analysis, industry trends, market research and internal stakeholders for successful implementation.

You enjoy identifying and implementing strategies that will deliver on the growth of clients' online marketing programs and thrive in the fast-pace, team-oriented agency space.
You understand marketing automation best practices and are skilled at working with business owners and clients.
You have a curiosity for digging into outcomes/performance and drive to improve tactics and processes.
You are a data-forward thinker who can intake figures/results, glean insights, and implement next steps
You are organized and motivated, with experience taking projects from concept to completion.

Key aspects of this role include:

Responsibility for the overall marketing automation strategy of select clients.
Overseeing the creative and technical development of email campaigns, workflow, deployment schedule, approvals, communication, ROI tracking and reporting of all CRM campaigns.
Measuring the performance of current email marketing/CRM efforts and identifying and developing opportunities for increased efficiency.
Working with Account Managers to ensure that strategies are aligned with client needs.
Developing detailed roadmaps, project milestones and timelines, and effectively track and report progress to clients and leadership.
Providing input and overseeing the development of email marketing and digital marketing best practices.
Supporting other key marketing initiatives, involving strategy, formulating objectives, scoping work efforts, creating alignment and steering digital projects to completion.
Working collaboratively across business units, including Development and Client Experience teams.
Working directly Senior Leadership to continuously improve marketing campaigns and to ensure they are aligned with enterprise service line strategy.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

1+ years relevant experience, ideally including direct experience with online advertising/media, direct marketing, websites and e-mail campaigns, knowledge of mass media communication and dissemination, and advertising and marketing trends
Experience with CRM platforms, ideally including Salesforce and HubSpot (certification is a plus but not required)
Ability to glean insights from data and turn this into actionable strategy
Experience taking projects from concept to completion
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
Deadline-orientation with a high degree of organization and follow through

WHERE IS THIS ROLE?

Our offices are located in Louisville, KY, Cincinnati, OH, and Indianapolis, IN. This role is open to remote candidates, but preference will be given to those in our footprint.
