JOB DESCRIPTION
You’ll report to a Brand Manager and get to work firsthand with a variety of disciplines within the agency:Market Research & Insights
- Learn and use research tools to gather and analyze market, audience, and competitor data.
- Assist in synthesizing findings into strategic insights that guide marketing and business decisions.
- Support brand positioning exercises by contributing to audience personas, trend tracking, and competitive landscapes.
Campaign Development & Project Support
- Collaborate on a variety of omni-channel projects (digital, social, traditional media, experiential) to build a comprehensive understanding of agency workflows.
- Assist in developing client presentations.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts, activations, and creative strategy.
Client & Internal Communications
- Gain hands-on experience by actively participating in both internal team meetings and client-facing communications.
- Draft meeting recaps, track deliverables, and help manage timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Support account teams in preparing status reports, proposals, and presentation decks.
Brand Stewardship & Strategy
- Assist in monitoring brand consistency across creative deliverables and client initiatives.
- Contribute to thought leadership by researching industry trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behaviors.
Collaboration & Agency Experience
- Work cross-functionally with creative, media, and strategy teams to understand the agency’s holistic approach to creating and implementing brand experience moments.
- Shadow senior account managers to learn best practices in client relationship building and account management.
