Media Venue is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented traditional media buyer who will be responsible for the development, negotiation, and execution of client’s campaigns. Candidate should have a strong background of all traditional and digital media vehicles.



Responsibilities and Requirements
This role oversees client projects related to the management of traditional and digital campaigns, including but not limited to:
  • Ability to organize, plan, negotiate and execute client campaigns across all media types (TV, radio, print, outdoor, digital)
  • Monitor buys/schedules in progress and makes changes, if necessary
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and media partners
  • Work closely with digital and social teams on planning and analytics of campaigns
  • Research of competitors and spending data
  • Stay informed on media trends, platforms, and opportunities
  • Communicate campaign results clearly to both fellow team members and clients
  • Approves and corrects invoices and works closely with accounting to make sure invoices are sent to vendors and clients in a timely manner

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or another relevant field is required
  • 2-3 years of traditional media buying experience is required
  • Experience with media buying software such as Advantage, Strata
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong communication and digital competencies
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of digital
  • Ability to share previous work experience with various digital platforms.
