Crosshair Media Placement, LLC is a rapidly growing media firm seeking a Media Planner/Buyer to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Media Planner/Buyer (Louisville, KY)

This position requires a well-organized, detail-oriented person who is self-motivated and will always lookout for the best interest of our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for composing and delivering effective media recommendations, plans and buys for a variety of local, regional and national clients.

Responsibilities:

Research, plan and buy multi-media platforms
Track media attribution and post buy audits
Compose monthly proof-of-performance reports
Negotiate with media vendors based on GRP levels/Impressions

Requirements:

Three+ years of media planning/buying experience
Expertise across traditional and non-traditional media platforms
Experience with media buying/planning software
Report to: President and VP of Media
Continuing education training sessions quarterly
Well organized with a strong work ethic
