JOB SUMMARY

90 Degrees West, a high-end motion media production and post-production studio in St. Louis, is looking for a tenacious self-starter to lead our sales and marketing efforts using both face-to-face networking and digital/social media approaches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an outstanding opportunity to sell our nationally acclaimed creative services to advertising agencies, corporations and institutions in the St. Louis region and throughout the Midwest. Your mission will be to develop a strategy to identify potential clients and then develop and grow relationships with those clients.

Although not required, the ideal candidate will have experience in the video production process and will also be capable of managing client projects by serving in the role of Executive Producer, which includes preparing proposals, budgets and calendars and communicating with the creative team to ensure projects exceed client expectations and stay on schedule and on budget.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position requires the following traits:

tenacious, resourceful, intelligent, strategic, organized, independent, self motivated, intuitive, warm, personable, diplomatic and nuanced.
Desire to join and fully integrate into St. Louis regional advertising and marketing community organizations, business organizations, and actively participate in industry functions
Social media skills to market 90 and be part of the conversation in the creative community

In addition, the following are highly desirable:

Video production and post production knowledge
Ability to “talk creative ideas” with clients
Proven sales experience
Experience in tangential media industries such as web development and marketing, SEO, experiential, installations, AR, VR, 360 video, game development, music videos and custom content development.

COMPENSATION

Base salary plus commission. Realistic income $100,000+ after six month start-up period. In addition, 90 Degrees West offers generous PTO, health/dental, and retirement benefits.
