This person will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who wants to succeed in a team atmosphere.
- Use of general sales techniques to research, develop, and close new business prospects within assigned business territory
- Proficient at Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to create and deliver sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of all media purchases.
- Prepare billing structures of contracted media.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, and media sales community.
- Collaborate with Sales Manager on client requests.
- Work on market buying & negotiations.
- Analyze client needs and look for account growth potential.
- Experience in outdoor advertising is a plus, but not requirement.
- 2 - 5 Years media experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Must be proficient with Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Skilled Negotiator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and excellent analysis skills.
- Detail-oriented and creative.
- Ability to multitask and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to find creative solutions to difficult challenges.
- Solid business acumen.
- Ability to work independently or part of a project team.
- Positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn - Highly Motivated - self-starter.
- Must be able to work out of Louisville, KY office
