The Account Coordinator provides support to the account team for the planning, production, implementation, fulfillment, and maintenance of specific client programs. This role requires a keen eye for detail and intense focus on the organizational and process-driven elements on which these programs heavily rely. The Program Coordinator must demonstrate ownership and accountability to the account team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal project tracking, asset inventory, or other organizational documents
- Assist account team in preparing client-friendly documents, including estimates, proposals, conference reports, analytics reports, and project schedules
- Guide client projects through the production process—from creative direction to finished product—utilizing the agency project management software system
- Work seamlessly with vendors (printer, mail house, gift card distributor, etc.) to obtain competitive quotes
- Review and proof creative materials to ensure accuracy ahead of distribution to the client, printer, or mail house
- Develop and issue purchase orders for program materials
- Efficiently track and traffic creative assets to the appropriate vendor or media outlet

Desired Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, project management, production management, or procurement role
- The capacity to grasp and maintain a high level of detail and organization
- The propensity to function effectively within a process-driven account or project
- The ability to work proactively and be quick on your feet
