JOB SUMMARY

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Pluris Real Estate Marketing Director is a key role within a dynamic and fast-growing real estate firm. This role will expose the individual to all facets of the real estate business while working directly with the owners of the company. Tasked with developing and overseeing a marketing and brand awareness strategy, this individual should be able to proficiently leverage all types of marketing including social media, web, and print to drive value. The successful candidate should be a self-starter and comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop marketing and brand awareness strategy
• Oversee implementation of marketing strategy through our website and
various social media platforms
• Design and produce customized advertisements, brochures, flyers, and
postcards as a component of our print marketing
• Assist sales agents and associates in the preparation of marketing materials
which can include presentations and offering memorandums
• Manage Bi-Weekly & Quarterly Statistics Reports
• Be involved in all aspects of the firm and help coordinate team members
• Arrange company meetings and events
• Enter and maintain listing information in real estate databases

Qualifications:
• Self-Starter with excellent follow-through
• Proactive problem solver
• Preferred Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign/Corel experience
• Ability to research and clearly document information
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong work ethic
• Positive Energy

Experience/Education:
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
• Preferred minimum experience of 1-3 years in a similar role within the real
estate industry

Compensation/Benefits:
• Salary of $50,000 depending on experience
