JOB DESCRIPTION

The industry leader in cabinet organization is looking for full-time graphic designer to join its marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strong self-starter with creative ideas and the ability to develop quality designs through digital media. This position focuses on designing and creating digital assets to support our consumer sales channel.

Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 5+ years experience with primarily a digital background
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite plus other tools like Figma & Sketch
• Strong understanding of best practices for graphic, illustration and web design
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
• Experience with design for email marketing
• Understanding of UX/UI
• Presentation skills
• Knowledge of iWork/Microsoft Office
• Graphic animation and video editing a plus
• A very strong portfolio (candidate must supply link to online portfolio)

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with Consumer Sales team to establish creative vision
• Build strong relationship with Consumer Sales team to get projects completed
• Lead creative strategies and goals
• Lead projects from start to finish
• Creative production on assigned projects
• Problem solve and work through these problems with the team
• Maintain brand standards
• Create art and digital assets for consumer sales websites
