A Senior Manager leads and grows clients by providing agency POV and recommendations, strategically oversees multiple high-profile assignments at once, exhibits a deep yearning for understanding the client’s category and business objectives.



A Senior Manager has a discerning eye for quality creative that is on-brief, keeps director informed and grows support team members, demonstrates ownership of financial management of accounts, and most important, has an ownership mentality and complete accountability for the relationships, assignments and opportunities. This role will be located in our Orlando office.


Reviews campaign conceptual directions to ensure that strategic marketing objectives remain in focus
Facilitates estimates, quotes and unquoted invoices to ensure budget requirements are met and profitability maintained
Understands agency standards of financial management
Shows knowledge of how Paid, Owned, Earned and Experiential work together to deliver on the client’s business objectives
Understands how strategy, creative, digital, media and analytics integrate
Provides materials to craft case studies to reinforce wins with the client and assists with new business
Comes to the table with solutions
Responsible for overseeing client or team issues
Presents information clearly and compellingly
Participates in best practices discussions
Creates opportunities for efficiency
Shares industry knowledge
Anticipates client needs
Develops and maintains a strong client bond through honest, clear and substantive communication
Monitors client state-of-mind on each project
Keeps apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments
Works with new business team to provide relevant expertise, case studies & work examples
Consistently understands how strategy, project management, creative, digital, media and analytics integrate
Demonstrates ownership of financial management of accounts


Bachelor’s Degree
4+ years account agency experience
Healthcare experience is required
Minimal travel will be required
Oral and Written Communication Skills
Management Experience
Proven experience in supervising growth of junior team members
Solution-oriented problem solving
Collaborates in strategic development
Understands how organic growth impacts the Agency
Leads by example
Digital campaign management and execution experience
