JOB DESCRIPTION

As Social Media Manager, you should have excellent multitasking skills to manage both Trilogy and its ancillary company’s social media presence to achieve business marketing goals. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing Facebook ad campaigns, and supporting online reputation management. You should be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Knowledge and experience of both B2C and B2B is preferred.

You would be a great fit for our team if you have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field from a four-year college or university.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design and implement corporate social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Define and report on most important social media KPIs.
  • Monitor and facilitate online conversations with customers.
  • Oversee relationship with the company’s social media software.
  • Live social media at company events.
  • Development of new internal social media education, trainings, and tools.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Three (3) to five (5) years marketing/communications experience. Healthcare, senior living industry, or long-term care environment preferred.
  • Exemplary computer skills that include knowledge of Social Network mediums (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop,) and Microsoft Office Suite of products.
