Full service Advertising Agency is seeking a full-time Social Media Planner and Strategist. Applicant will join our team of media professionals and will be responsible for social media strategy, all execution responsibilities, and performance analysis for various social media accounts.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:
• Participate in social media content calendar development, including posts and ad campaigns ideas, on a monthly basis for multiple clients
• Grow existing client business with new social media initiatives, as well as assist with new business projects related to social media
• Stay current on industry and social trends to influence social media strategy and content
• While this position will not create social media art content, the role does include some copy writing for posts and ad campaigns

Social Media Execution and Analytics:
• Responsible for scheduling and implementation of social media posts and campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Provide routine reporting and measurement of post and ad campaign performance
• Deliver insights and strategy based on campaign performance
• Drive new ideation for client social media plans based on research and performance analysis

Required Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of social media strategy and analytics experience, including 1 year of social media program execution
• Must be proficient with core social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Highly organized and attentive to details
• Familiarity with best practices and programs for social management, including Ads Manager
• Comfort in presenting to clients face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent writing and grammar skills
