Implementing social media strategies to grow the brand, business or reputation of clients. This includes planning and executing tactics across multiple social media channels as well as measuring/analyzing their outcomes.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

BCH Agency helps brands add more life to living through our strategic advertising and public relations services for clients, with a defined expertise in the food + beverage, hospitality, entertainment and tourism space, along with other industries. We seek an experienced social media specialist to join our team.

Responsibility:

Implementing social media strategies to grow the brand, business or reputation of clients. This includes planning and executing tactics across multiple social media channels as well as measuring/analyzing their outcomes.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum three years professional social media experience
  • Expertise in current and emerging social media platforms, trends and best practices
  • Expertise in building social media strategies and content plans
  • Experience in copywriting with distinctive and appropriate brand voice on behalf of clients
  • Professional experience managing social media platforms and community engagement on behalf of a business or organization (not personal accounts)
  • Proficiency with social media management software, including Sprout Social and Meta Business Manager, as well as content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photo/video editing tools, etc.
  • Expertise in obtaining and analyzing social media performance data and metrics

  • Thrives in a collaborative, team environment
  • Ability to research and process broad and diverse information in order to understand client’s subject matter and produce relevant content
  • Experience managing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Effectiveness in participating in client or vendor presentations and meetings
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, build and maintain relationships and work in team environment
  • Continual drive to monitor trends and developments in media and client industries in order to implement relevant strategies
  • Strong project management, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
