The Social Media Strategist passionately and enthusiastically brings our brand to life through social media.



-Manage execution of Atria’s social media strategy through cross functional teams.
-Maintain the social media calendar on a quarterly basis, collaborating with the marketing and creative team, subject matter experts and internal stakeholders.
-Project manage and guide the creative team to execute content for social and digital media channels.
-Review and edit social and digital media posts.
-Develop compelling content that furthers the Atria family of brands in collaboration with the Content Strategist and Creative Teams.
-Create new and feature pieces to be published on blog, social media and digital platforms (like Google My Business and Yelp).
-Analyze industry, social and media trends that may lead to content creation and development
-Track, monitor, and report on the effectiveness of social and digital media strategies.

Content Publishing:
-Schedule content in social publishing platform and blog.
-Vet images of residents/employees with community leadership.

Story Mining:
-Identify and translate story ideas from community social media pages, to polished and engaging brand content.

Project Management:
-Create weekly reports of job status.
-Work collaboratively with traffic function to develop job schedules.
-Monitor and keep team apprised of the status of open jobs in order to meet
Reputation Management and Response:
-Scan all social channels for new messages, comments and posts.
-Work with the Digital Media Manager and Communications team to craft responses to existing customers, families and potential customers.

Community Social Media Support:
-Train, guide and resource local community leaders on social media best practices, providing actionable insights for community social media pages.
-Scan community Facebook pages for questionable content that indicates page editor may need additional training and, when warranted, provide additional training.
-Assist community editors with Facebook questions.
