WAVE 3 News is looking for a Success Manager who will be an integral part of the sales team.

The Success Manager is an integral part of the WAVE 3 News Sales team responsible for helping generate revenue for our broadcast and digital properties by engaging with our current clients and prospecting for new partnerships with local businesses. Your role will be to collaborate with and support Media Sales Consultants, serving as a secondary point of contact for our clients, as well as being a project manager; reviewing and maintaining sales campaigns. You will work daily to prospect and set new business meetings for your team. Additionally, you will be the liaison for research coming from our Regional Media Analytics Director and will compile the information into actionable PowerPoint presentations for Sales team use. Updating and maintaining station initiative presentations and collateral on a quarterly basis and reviewing with Sales Management is also a responsibility.

This position will report to Local Sales Management.

• Curious and excited about sales, marketing and media
• Have initiative to take on tasks independently and see them through the very end
• Very comfortable when talking to new people and asking for appointments
• Enjoys a team atmosphere
• Skilled at PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and proficiency in Wide Orbit Traffic / Wide Orbit Media Sales a plus.
• Enjoys working with research information, highly knowledgeable in Nielsen / comScore ratings and trends
• Skilled in Digital metrics and product knowledge
• Enjoys being creative and is open to sharing ideas
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a changing, fast-paced environment
