WAVE 3 News is the NBC affiliate for Louisville, KY. We are Kentucky's first television station, and we lead the way in connecting the people of WAVE Country. We offer nearly 60 hours of local television news per week, 40 hours of live programming in the field throughout the week of the Kentucky Derby, and coverage on digital, social, and OTT channels throughout the day.

WAVE 3, located in Louisville, KY is looking for a talented and energetic TMP with a background in newscast directing and master control to join our team.
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to) the following:
The Technical Media Producer (TMP) is responsible for directing live or pre-recorded productions using Ross Overdrive and Viz-RT Graphics, monitor on-air signals, transmitter, and FCC logs, ingest daily programming and commercials and monitor programming playlist automation. Regular assignments will involve running Master Control and directing live newscasts and some newscast editing.
Qualifications/Requirements:
◾ Experience with ENPS, Edius and Ross Overdrive is preferred. This individual must be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
