JOB SUMMARY

Work as liaison from Marketing department to other departments and outside vendors to ensure all projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on deadlines. Manages logistics and timelines of multiple projects on an ongoing basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Create and maintain detailed schedules and deadlines for various stages of all assigned projects.
Build, Proof, and Distribute weekly (bi-weekly) circular.
Coordinate approvals on projects that involve the Merchandising team.
Enter circular comments/revisions into the NEXT application.
Maintain relationships with circular distribution partners.
Maintain circular distribution information, timelines, and budget.
Maintain circular library.
Work with external and internal print vendors to facilitate printed materials.
Create/maintain instructions for installation of all in-store signage.
Maintain all signage/Marketing materials inventory.
Coordinate the execution and delivery of all customer-facing communication.
Work with media vendors to secure placements.
Submit all Marketing invoices/POs and maintain log of all submissions.
Work with Marketing Manager to build/maintain social media and email calendars.
Work with Marketing Manager to assemble elements needed for social/digital media projects.
Work with Marketing Manager and Director of Merchandising to determine scope of new projects, identify key milestones, communicate with all parties, and ensure execution.
Assist with coordination of in-store events as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
