LEAP Group's internal marketing team helps "market our marketers." The role of the marketing team is to drive awareness, consideration, and leads for LEAP Group's four individual agencies, while elevating the LEAP Group brand. The team handles content creation (blogs, video, social media), thought leadership (Logic + Magic publication, whitepapers) website development and maintenance, and marketing/advertising campaigns for the four agencies and LEAP Group itself.
ABOUT THE VISUAL DESIGNER
We are looking for a conceptual thinker who is insatiably curious, creatively ambitious and extremely versatile. The visual designer will have influence over a dynamic range of projects and disciplines. You will serve as the primary hands-on designer for web, mobile, print, social media with interaction with our production agency doing film and animation.
You will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project team, developing original design concepts, executing designs based on established style guides, and developing design specs for production as well as assisting or leading the UX wireframing for web and mobile.
QUALIFICATIONS
Post-Secondary Education or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience within the advertising, marketing, or PR industry required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Competency with Sketch, Zeplin, or equivalent web design platforms.
Experience with UX and web development workflows preferred.
Previous experience using project management platforms, Slack, Microsoft Office, and Time Tracking) preferred.

You have a user centric design approach, as evidenced by considerations for accessibility, technology platforms, and contextual storytelling.
You have a passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagery.
You have a great attitude and a lack of ego.
