Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive creative projects with guidance from the Creative Director and Art Director.
  • Apply brand standards to various advertising mediums, ensuring a consistent and captivating visual identity.
  • Define the visual aesthetics of websites and landing pages to create an engaging user experience.
  • Craft assets, icons, and infographics to enhance online presence.
  • Actively participate in design ideation sessions and collaborate with clients to bring visions to life.
  • Prepare website assets, meeting the requirements of developers.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, meeting internal and external deadlines.
  • Organize project files according to agency standards.
  • Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in web/graphic design or related field
  • 2-5 years of agency experience.
  • Ability to connect strategy to creative work.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of impactful web design projects.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for visual design applications.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Familiarity with Google Slides and Google Docs.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and web development requirements.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present work effectively.
  • Knowledge of ADA compliance for websites.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team player with a great attitude under pressure.
  • Desire to learn and grow.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Haves:

  • Motion/animation skills.
  • Illustration.
  • Photography/art direction skills.
  • 3D skills.
  • Familiarity with Webflow.
  • Knowledge of print production.
  • Marketing or ad agency background
