JOB DESCRIPTION

RedTag Website/UI Designer

Responsibilities:
  • Research, develop and lead creative projects with direction from the Creative Director
  • Apply existing brand standards to email and print advertising for a variety of clients
  • Establish the look and feel for websites & landing pages
  • Design assets, icons, and infographics
  • Participate in design ideation sessions and discussions with clients
  • Prepare website assets to meet developers' requirements
  • Manage multi-tasking needs on several projects at the same time
  • Manage organization of project files based on agency standards
  • Manage time to meet internal and external project deadlines

Experience:
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an agency environment preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to connect strategy to creative work
  • A strong portfolio showing a range of web design projects

Required Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and how it applies to visual design for websites.
  • Conceptual thinker with an ability to tell a brands story visually
  • A thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop specifically)
  • Ability to create working prototypes in Figma, Adobe XD or similar software
  • Working knowledge Google Slides and Google Docs
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and web development requirements
  • Understanding of the importance of consistent branding and the ability to apply existing brand elements in new and creative ways, as well as create new brand assets as needed.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment and changing priorities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $50,000.00 per year
